long does it take to see improvement in the skin using Dermagetix™ products? How long will my products last? A: If used every day per instructions, each product should last approximately 2 to 3 months. Are the Eternale™ and Dermagetix™ products hypoallergenic? A: The short answer is yes, all of our products are
considered hypoallergenic. The long answer is that hypoallergenic means that a
product is formulated with the fewest possible allergens, but because everyone’s
skin is unique it’s impossible to say that any product on the market is 100%
guaranteed to have no allergic reaction. Any given substance used in food or
skincare products has a chance, however minimal, that it could produce an
allergic reaction in some very small fraction of the population. even natural
ingredients can have an allergic reaction in a very small number of people. To
date we have had no reports of allergic reaction to any of our formulas. Please
note you may feel a tingling sensation with the Peptide-C Serum as the vitamin C
is absorbed into your skin. This sensation tends to diminish with repeated use.
however if you experience persistent redness and/or irritation, discontinue use
and consult your physician. What do the Dermagetix™ products have that the other products do not? A: This is a common question people ask when comparing
skincare lines. Probably a better question to ask is “what combination of
ingredients do Dermagetix™ products have that others do not?” There are only
so many active ingredients that can be put in a skincare product since there is

studies behind them. The key to creating effective skincare products is to have
a wide range of therapies packed synergistically into just a few products. No
one product can contain everything the skin needs, but a line of a select few
products can provide a full spectrum of active ingredients that target aging on

each product and in the line as a whole, that sets us apart, and we encourage
you to read about each formula’s effects in their product descriptions. What preservatives are used in your products? A: We are very aware of the controversy over
preservatives used in the skincare market, and know our customers are looking
for the most safe and natural products out there. However, it is important to
understand how formulas must be preserved before evaluating the product as a
whole. Some skincare companies claim that they use completely natural
preservatives in their products, and although this may be true; there is often a
stipulation such as the product must be used within a very short period of time
after purchase or must be refrigerated. While there are some natural extracts
that can inhibit the growth of certain microbes in skincare products, there is
no combination of natural extracts that has been discovered that can do this
effectively without causing extreme skin irritation or other negative side
effects and have a long shelf life. Even when highly effective synthetic
preservatives are used to fight bacteria, mold, and fungi, it’s the sad case
that many of them are also damaging to the skin. This is why we ultimately chose
Phenoxyethanol as a superior, broad-spectrum preservative for our formulas.
Phenoxyethanol is becoming increasingly popular with more natural product lines
because studies have shown it to be very well tolerated by the skin and not have
the carcinogenic or estrogenic potential of other preservatives. It can be used
in very low concentrations and inhibit a wide array of pathogens. What skin types benefit most from the Eternale™ and Dermagetix™ products? A: All ages and skin types can benefit from Eternale™
products. Because we are first and foremost an anti-aging line, those with aging
concerns will find our products especially beneficial. Whether you have mature
skin and are looking to turn back the clock or if you have younger skin and are
looking to prevent the signs of aging, the Eternale™ line can address your
concerns. Those with unique skin concerns also gravitate to specific formulas in
our line. For instance, those with sensitive skin and Rosacea find the Day
Complex particularly soothing, while those with acne often find our serums to be
highly effective. Virtually everyone will see a difference in their skin after
using the Eternale™and Dermagetix™ products. What sort of fragrances do you use? A: All of our products are naturally scented with
botanical extracts and/or completely natural essential oils. We never use
synthetic/artificial fragrances in our products. Why can I not just put vitamin C on my skin? A: Regular Vitamin C is chemically known as Ascorbic
Acid, the form most prevalent in food and supplement products. It’s
inexpensive and readily available. Unfortunately, it also breaks down within 24
hours of coming in contact with water. This makes it highly unstable in skincare
products because it’s a water-soluble ingredient (i.e. it won’t mix with
oils) and yet the water needed to deliver it into the skin breaks it down
rapidly. This is why many products on the market with Ascorbic Acid Vitamin C in
them are largely ineffective. In an attempt to solve this problem, some skincare
companies have switched to oil soluble versions of Vitamin C, but while these
forms can be very effective in sunscreen products, clinical research has proven
that they are not as effective in deeper layers of the skin for influencing
